Yes, any group, school, nursery or organisation can take part.


No. There is no minimum per school/organisation.


The entire process from receipt of your order to delivery of cards is within 6 - 8 weeks. the earlier the order the quicker the cards will be returned. We work on a first come first returned basis. But all cards will be returned by 1st December.


The co-ordinator collects the artwork from the individual class teachers and sends back to us via our courier in the envelope provided.


The standard wording on the inside of the card is "Season's Greetings". You may choose a different greeting, however the entire school must have the same greeting - please speak to us.


More templates can be downloaded from the website.


Artwork must be submitted on Caterpillar Cards templates this is important for scanning and sizing purposes.


Yes, download an extra template and send back with the other templates.


Yes, but each one must be treated as a separate order, and purchased at the first pack price of £5.00.


Yes, we have produced cards for many other occasions or fund raising events.


The child's name can be corrected on the parental order form. The co-ordinator will then make this amendment when placing your order.


Yes, via the order form inside your packs of cards.


Bold colours work best - felt tips, paints, collage (including paper, fabric...ensure well glued!), and line drawing (2b pencil or ink). Coloured pencils produce variable results. Please do not use cotton wool or two same colours or top of each other.


Yes please, as places are limited please also let us know if you wish to cancel your participation so we can allocate your place to another school or group.


An invoice will be sent when the cards are delivered, we require payment 14 days after receipt of our invoice.


Yes, we suggest a selling price to parents of £5.00 for the first pack and £4.00 per pack for additional packs, this gives a donation of £1.00 per pack to the school/PTA. You may decide to charge £5.50 and £4.50 which would give a donation of £1.50 per pack of cards, this is up to the co-ordinator to decide.



No, there are no upfront costs and all carriage and delivery costs are included. The only costs are for the packs of cards when delivered.


No, all our charges include VAT, which you may be able to claim back. Please contact your local authority for further information.


Parents make cheque payable to the school or PTA or organisation running the fund raising. The Co-ordinator collects the individual payments and then pays one cheque for all the cards ordered less the donation of £1.00 per pack, this cheque should be made payable to 'Caterpillar Cards'.


If you do not want your child's name to appear on the back of the card please tick the box on the order form.


Yes, it will be returned with your cards to the Coordinator.
